These Terms of Service govern your use of StayRecap. By signing up you agree to be bound by them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Acceptable use

You may only upload data you have the right to upload, including your property, booking, and guest data. You must not use the service to process data unlawfully or in breach of any third-party rights.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in USD. You can cancel at any time from the billing settings page; your plan remains active until the end of the current period.

Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI-generated reports are advisory and should be reviewed before being relied upon.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.
